SIMON DWYER
Director
Born and bred in Wexford, Ireland - Simon made the big move to Aoteroa at the age of 21. After working in hospitality, finance and most recently property & facilities management, Simon identified a gap in the exterior cleaning industry and made the decision to start up Washaway. He is keen to bring his knowledge and experience in property and facilities management to ensure Washaway is the best in the business!
In his spare time, Simon likes to spend time with his wife, daughters and dog. He is a loyal supporter of the Warriors and you'll be sure to catch him at the games (when the boys can finally return home).
ESCMAY DWYER
Business Manager
Escmay moved to New Zealand at the age of 10 from Samoa and spent most of her life in West Auckland. Her most recent role was working in Property Services for 2 years so she is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to manage operation, marketing and Health & Safety at Washaway. Her main focus this year is to help expand Washaway's portfolio and to ensure the safety of clients, workers and public are always a priority.
Escmay enjoys juggling motherhood and managing the business as she is a big believer than women really can do it all!
